TibiaFactory is a fan tool — not CipSoft. We collect only what we need to run hunts, Discord sync, and your account. We do not sell your data.
What we store
Discord account ID, username, avatar, and email (via official OAuth — we never see your Discord password).
Linked Tibia characters: name, world, vocation, level, and public profile data from Tibia.com when you verify or link them.
Your posts and activity on TibiaFactory: LFG/LFP hunts, boss and quest parties, favorites, blacklist, settings, and in-app messages you send.
Discord bot preferences: notification toggles, linked guild channels, and thread membership when you opt in.
Support messages you send through Contact or trade-item requests.
Technical logs: session cookies, IP-based rate limits, and error logs — kept briefly for security and debugging.
How we use it
Identify your account and keep your characters, hunts, and settings between sessions.
Match you with compatible players and send Discord alerts you explicitly enable.
Moderate abuse, respond to support tickets, and keep the service running.
We do not use your email for marketing newsletters.
Third-party services
We rely on a few trusted providers. Each receives only the data needed for their role:
Discord — OAuth sign-in and bot features you authorize.
Supabase — authentication, database, and realtime hosting.
TibiaData / Tibia.com — public character data when you verify ownership.
Vercel (or your host) — serves the website over HTTPS.
Security practices
HTTPS everywhere — no mixed-content logins.
Discord OAuth only — we never ask for your Tibia.com or Discord password.
No executable downloads or “install this .exe” prompts from TibiaFactory.
No aggressive popups; optional Discord bot setup is dismissible.
Retention & deletion
Account data stays while your account is active. You can unlink characters in Settings. To request full account deletion or export, contact us — we will process reasonable requests manually.
