Terms of service

• TibiaFactory provides team tools for Tibia: hunt planning, loot splits, matchmaking (LFG/LFP), hunt statistics and records, hunting-spot info, trade boards, and a Discord bot.
• The service is free. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• Tibia is a registered trademark of CipSoft GmbH. Game data comes from public sources (Tibia.com / TibiaData) and may be incomplete or out of date.

• You sign in with your Discord account via official OAuth. You are responsible for the activity on your TibiaFactory account.
• Using TibiaFactory does not exempt you from the Discord Terms of Service or, in everything game-related, the Tibia Rules.
• You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data — see the privacy policy.

Your content

• Content you submit (hunts, loot splits, screenshots, forum posts, messages) remains yours. You grant TibiaFactory permission to store and display it as part of the service.
• Only upload content you have the right to share, and respect other players' privacy in screenshots and posts.
• Data submitted to public statistics and records must be truthful. Manipulated or fabricated data may be removed and excluded from competition.

Fair use

• No harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or spam.
• No scraping, mass automated access, or attempts to disrupt or overload the service.
• No real-money trading, account selling, or any content that breaks Tibia's rules or applicable law.
• Do not exploit bugs — report them instead.

• We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these terms.
• Public records go through verification; entries that cannot be corroborated may not be listed or may be delisted.
• If you believe a moderation decision is wrong, contact us and we will review it.

• The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
• We are not responsible for in-game outcomes — deaths, loot disputes, or deals between players — nor for decisions based on the data shown.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, TibiaFactory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date above shows the current version; significant changes will be announced on the site or Discord. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
