The 30-second version

What is TibiaFactory?

TibiaFactory is a companion website and Discord bot for Tibia hunting teams. It helps a group plan when to hunt, find the players to fill the party, split the loot fairly, and keep a running history of how the team is doing. Nothing to install, and it never touches the game itself.

How it works

One loop, four steps. Most teams live in the middle two and drift into the others as they go.

  1. 1. Plan the hunt

Pick a spot and a time. Your team sees it on a shared calendar; the Discord bot pings the roster so nobody misses it.

  2. 2. Fill the party

Short a player? Post the open spots by role and the right vocations get notified — on the site and in Discord — instead of spamming world chat.

  3. 3. Split the loot

Paste your Party Hunt Analyser session. TibiaFactory does the transfer maths, values the loot, and posts a clean split card everyone can check.

  4. 4. Keep the history

Every split feeds your team's stats and records — profit per hour, best spots, who carried — so the team's story writes itself over time.

What's inside

Everything is built around real hunt data you already have. The main pieces:

  • Teams & planning

A shared hub per team: calendar, roster, availability and scheduled hunts.

  • Loot split

Analyser-based splits with fair transfers, loot valuation and shareable cards.

  • Where to hunt

Curated XP and profit-per-hour by spot, level and vocation — from real logged hunts, not guesses.

  • Matchmaking

Post an open party or join the queue; the bot matches vocations and levels for you.

  • Trackers

Bestiary and charm progress, team records and personal stats that update as you play.

  • Discord bot

Split loot, sign up and get pinged where your team already talks — no need to open the site for the day-to-day.

What it isn't

  • Not a cavebot, macro or automation tool. It reads what you paste; it never plays the game for you.
  • It never asks for your Tibia account or password and can't log into the game. Sign-in is Discord only.
  • Not affiliated with or endorsed by CipSoft. TibiaFactory is a fan project; Tibia is a trademark of CipSoft GmbH.
  • Not a paywall. The tools are free, and most of the site is readable without an account at all.

Questions people ask

Do I need an account?

To read — browse hunts, stats and where-to-hunt — no. To save your own splits, teams and history, you log in with Discord (no password, no email stored).

Is it free?

Yes. Every tool here is free to use.

Does it touch my Tibia login?

Never. TibiaFactory has no way to log into the game and never asks for your Tibia credentials. You link a character by name only, verified through your public profile.

Which worlds does it cover?

All of them. Data is scoped to your character's world, so what you see is your own server's activity.

Is my data public?

Your hunts are anonymous by default — a split shows as "a team of N" unless your team opts into showing its name. You decide what's visible.

Can I just use the Discord bot?

Mostly. Splitting loot, signing up and getting pinged all happen in Discord. Creating and planning hunts is done on the website — it's quicker there — but once a hunt exists, the rest of the loop runs from Discord.

Have a look

The fastest way to get it is to open a tool and try it with a real hunt.
